Usage Example:

At the end of each month, administrators can complete this population sheet to gather essential statistics. This information helps the organization monitor trends, address support needs, and report on the demographics of the served population. The "Print Version" button makes it easy to print the sheet for documentation and official reports.

This feature allows users to generate a detailed responsibility report, displaying statistics on admissions, occupancy rates, and the average length of stay for individuals housed by the facility. The report is structured to provide information on the number of people admitted, departures, 24-hour occupancy rates, and the average length of stays. This information helps assess resource utilization and service effectiveness over a specified period.

Usage Example:

Administrators can use this report at the end of a period to evaluate the efficiency of the facility's resource use. By entering a start and end date, they can generate statistics on admissions and occupancy, allowing for future capacity planning and improved resource allocation. Data on specialized financial support also helps track specific funding and services provided for addiction treatment.
